End Customer Privacy Notice

This booking form is operated by a rental business (the “Business”) that uses the Inventro software platform. The Business is the data controller and determines how your personal information is used.

What We Collect

When you submit a booking form, the following information may be collected:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Event date, location, and delivery details
  • Booking preferences and special requests

Why We Collect It

Your information is collected and processed on the legal basis of contractual necessity — it is required to:

  • Process and fulfil your booking or quote request
  • Communicate with you about your event
  • Generate invoices and receipts
  • Comply with applicable tax and legal requirements

How Your Data Is Handled

Inventro Inc. processes your data solely on behalf of the Business as a data processor. Inventro does not use your information for its own marketing, profiling, or resale purposes.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in North America, protected by encryption in transit and at rest.

How Long We Keep It

Your personal information is retained for the duration of the Business's active Inventro account. If the Business closes their account, your data will be permanently deleted within thirty (30) days, unless retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact the Business that collected your information directly, as they are the data controller.

If you have concerns about how your data is being handled, you may also contact Inventro at legal@inventro.com or file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
