Website Build Services Agreement

Last Updated: January 24, 2026

This Website Build Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the optional website design and setup services provided by Inventro Inc. (“Inventro”) to Tenants (“you”, “Client”).

1. Scope of Service

Inventro offers a one-time website setup service to design, configure, and launch a rental-ready website for the Client. The service includes:

  • Custom website design using Inventro's website builder
  • Configuration of booking and inventory pages
  • Basic branding setup (logo, colours, fonts)
  • Responsive design for mobile and desktop
  • Integration with the Client's Inventro account

The scope does not include: custom domain registration, third-party integrations outside of Inventro, original copywriting, professional photography, or ongoing content management.

2. Pricing and Payment

The website build service fee starts at $499 CAD. The final price will be confirmed in writing (via email or the platform) before work begins and depends on the complexity and requirements discussed during the initial consultation.

Payment terms:

  • A 50% deposit is due before work begins
  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final draft
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

3. Process and Timeline

The website build follows a structured process:

  1. Consultation: Inventro gathers your brand assets, content, and requirements via a questionnaire or call
  2. Initial draft: Inventro delivers a first draft within fourteen (14) business days of receiving all required materials from the Client
  3. Revisions: Up to two (2) rounds of revisions are included. Each revision round allows the Client to request changes via a single consolidated feedback document
  4. Final review: Inventro delivers the revised website for Client approval
  5. Launch: Upon written approval (email confirmation is sufficient), the website goes live

Additional revision rounds beyond the included two (2) may be accommodated at a rate agreed upon in writing before the additional work begins.

4. Approval and Acceptance

The Client has seven (7) business days to review and approve the final draft. If no response is received within this period, the draft is deemed accepted.

Acceptance constitutes acknowledgment that the deliverable meets the agreed-upon scope. Post-acceptance changes are not covered under this Agreement and may be subject to additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Client-provided content (logos, images, text) remains the Client's property. The website design, templates, and underlying code remain the property of Inventro and are licensed to the Client under the Terms of Service for the duration of their subscription.

If the Client's Inventro subscription is terminated, the website will be taken offline and is not transferable to another platform.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing all required content, brand assets, and information within a reasonable timeframe
  • Responding to feedback requests within seven (7) business days
  • Ensuring all provided content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

Delays caused by late Client responses will extend the delivery timeline proportionally.

7. Cancellation

The Client may cancel the website build service at any time. If cancellation occurs:

  • Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid
  • After work has begun: The deposit is non-refundable. Any additional amounts paid will be refunded on a pro-rata basis based on work completed

8. Limitation of Liability

Inventro's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the website build service. Inventro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the website or its content.
